You have lost your student identification card. This has created some problems for you.
Write a letter to the director of student services. In your letter
• advise them of your situation
• explain how this is affecting you
• request a new card
Dear Sir,
I am your student, John David, enrolled in MBA Executive Program. The intent of writing this letter is to seek your support. I have accidently lost my student’s identification card yesterday. As I could recall, I was studying in library till 8:00 pm and then I went straight to my room. Today morning, while leaving home for University, I realized that I have lost it somewhere that I couldn’t recall.
It’s quite a worrisome situation for me since I cannot access to certain areas in University, such as library or computer lab. As you are aware that exams are at hand and all the students spend most of their time in library for group studies and discussions. Most importantly, without card I cannot appear in exam. Therefore, I request you to please trigger the process of card re-issuance as soon as possible. Meanwhile, If I find my existing card; I will make sure to submit at the office so that it cannot be misused.
I shall be grateful to you for this extended support. Waiting for your prompt response.
Yours Sincerely,
John
