You have recently bought a Telephone with answer machine from an online shop. The web page said that the answer machine shows you a list of who left a message so you can choose which to play first. But after taking it home you find out that only the most recent call is kept in the calls list.
Write an e-mail letter to the store manager. In your e-mail:
– Say who you are
– Explain the problem
– Say what action you would like the store to take
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sorena Ashkani and live in New York. I am writing to complain about one of your products which I have bought two days ago on 02/01/2020 from your shop center in New York . I have bought a telephone with answering machine which supposed to keep the ID of all the callers so I could choose which one I would like to hear.
After I reached home, I installed the phone. The next day when I came back home, I noticed that I have received some calls from my friends and family. The machine said that I have 20 messages and when I tried to select among the messages I realized it kept just the five recent calls’ ID and others have no ID. In another word, I was not able to choose to whom I want to listen. Therefore, your advertisement misled me and it is not right to advertise a feature which is not included.
I would like you to refund me as I send the phone back and take the required measures to rectify all the advertisements for this specific product.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
