Invite your friend to come and visit
Dear Mat,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I have recently moved to a new house in the suburbs of the city. Let me explain to you in detail.
To elucidate my previous apartment was a studio hence there were space constraints, therefore, it was difficult to accommodate guests. Additionally, the apartment was without any modern amenities like swimming pool, gymnasium. Although there were other reasons too for changing my house however the biggest reason was the distance from the office due to which I was not able to dedicate time to my leisure activities. The new house is a three bedroom apartment located in the suburbs of the city with all the modern amenities like a health club, swimming pool, 24 hours security and a gymnasium. since the apartment is located in the serene vicinity of the Arravalis it provides a panoramic view of lush green forest.
Why don't you to pay us a visit next week? since I have already moved to my new house. I am sure you will like my new house. I am also inviting Sara and Paddy for a house warming party.
Looking forward to seeing you next week.
warm wishes
Saad
