Dear sue,
I hope you’re doing fine these days. I have some news for you. can you guess? Finally, I can have my own living place.
As you know, when I graduated from university, I had some financial difficulties, and my salary wasn’t enough to rent an apartment for my self. so, I lived with one of my friend’s grandmother for two years. but three months ago I can get a good position in one of the famous local companies. my wage is not comparable to the previous one. so, not only can I pay all of my debts, but also I can rent a house by my self.
Let me tell you about my new house. I rent a two-story house which is located in a small village around the city. it suits all my desires and interests. As you know, I’m interested in gardening, and my new house has a cozy garden at the front, where I have planted my favorite flowers and trees like willow, elm, and tulip. also, this has a full-screen window all around the living room with the view of virgin forest and mountains.
I don’t like to tell you more because you have to come by and hear that in person. I’d love it if you could come to my city for Christmas. Although my house has only one room, it is spacious enough for both of us. I hope to see you at that time.
Say hello to your family.
