Essay topics:

You have seen an advertisement in an Australian magazine for someone to live with a family for six months and look after their six-year-old child.
Write a letter to the parents. In your letter
- Explain why you would like the job
- Give details of why you would be a suitable person to employ
- Say how you would spend your free time while you are in Australia

Dear Sir,
I hope you will find this letter in the best of health and happiness. I read about your advertisement in yesterday’s Australia magazine to babysit your six-year-old child. Therefore, if you will approve my request through this letter, I would like to come and visit your place to take the babysitting job.
I work with a New Zeeland child’s healthcare department for the past half a decade. My company offered a trip to Australia to make a project on child’s healthcare. The duration would be six months of this trip. And, I liked the idea of my firm to study the practical knowledge of taking care of children. So, when I saw your advertisement in that magazine, I thought it would be a great opportunity to become a babysitter for six months.
Since I am experienced enough in handling the child’s nature and behavior, I think it would be the best thing to do by hiring me to babysit your kid. Besides, if you could please tell me your working time, I will prepare the weekly schedule for your kid.
After my baby-sit work, I would like to go and see the City and serene surroundings of your place. Plus, I would like to visit the beach on Sundays as I love all kinds of water sports like surfing, scuba diving, and others.
I hope you will consider me for the baby-sit work.
Yours sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
