You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Kevin, I am 3rd student of Financial Management at Kent University.
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my room mate whom I have already shared with. As you probably know that we have been staying in campus dormitory since we started the college.
In fact I have not had any problem by the year, however with coming my new room mate, a few serious problem has started appear.
The first and major trouble related to my buddy is that he often takes my private item without asking me. On the other hand, he is inviting to all friends to our room to hold night party.
Could you imagine that how would be difficult for me to focus on my lessons during the final term ? I can not abide him anymore in this circumstances.
If it is available for you, I would like change my room until the end of the term. As I heard of my classmates the center dormitory of our college is quite silent and close to the student library. It would be nice choice for me to study without having some distactions.
I look forward to hearing some positive response from you as soon as possible.
Yours Faithfully.
Kevin.
