You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college.
In the letter,
•Describe the situation
•Explain your problems and why is it difficult to work
•Say what kind of accommodation you would prefer.
Dear Sir or Madam,
i am writing this letter to inform about the issues, which i am facing in hostel while share room with same stream of student. We are the students of computer science subject and have classes at same time. Because of this, we are unable to use many things simultaneously.
First, we both have classes at same timeline and due to single bathroom attached in the hall, every time day starts with arguments to use bathroom, which leads any one of us to late for first lecture. Second, we being the students of computer science, we are required computer frequently. Some times,we agreed with different time slots to use common computer which is facilitate by hostel but situation become worse when we both have exam and required system at same time that creates so much of chaos and stress during the exam time.
Since we both are fighting with basic requirements and cannot handle situation together, we require your support to change either my room or roommate with different stream, so that we do not fight atleast for washroom and not late for their classes. Second if possible , please give me room near to cafe so that if required i can visit their and complete my assignment.
I look forward to hearing from you.
yours faithfully,
Ruchi Kalra

- Nowadays, adults do little exercise. Some people believe that the best way to address this issue is by covering great sports events such as the Olympics on television. Others think that it is more beneficial to take other measures. What is your opinion? 78
