Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regard to problems which I have faced in the allotted hosted room.
College management provided me with a bed in room number 401, while I joined in the university. Along with me one more student shared the room. The size of the room is very small and it is very difficult for two person to stay.
Both of us form different state, so our luggage are more. There are no adequate place to keep our items. Moreover, ceiling of the floor is low and there is a possibility to hit fan, if we accidentally rise our hand. And, another major issue is bed, it is very heavy and placed close to each other. There is no enough space to hang our leg.
Kindly provide us a spacious room, where both of us can stay freely. And, instead of steel bed, if we get wooden cot, it would be very helpful. I would prefer to have a laptop table, which is not there in current room.
I am looking forward of your earliest response. Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Mahesh.
