Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to request a change of my hostel room, owing to the disturbances created by the roommate.
Currently, I am sharing a hostel room with a final year student. Due to his seniority, he behaves adamantly and is not co-operative in any manner. Moreover, he has a careless approach toward everything.
Firstly, he always leaves the room door open, irrespective of day and night, which is a severe security breach. Secondly, the room is mostly occupied with his friends, who adds on to the issues, by smoking and drinking inside the room. Consequently, all these affect my studies, as my concentration is highly impacted in such an agonizing environment.
Therefore, I would prefer to move to a single bed hostel room, so I can focus properly on this semester exams. Also, I would like to have a room on the top floor, as it is mostly vacant and quiet enough to study.
Looking forward to being allocated to a new room.
Thanks,
Jame Trinester
