Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my roommate, Rochelle, who is sharing room No. 804 with me. I have been finding it difficult to adjust with her for various reasons.
Rochelle is a person who loves to party, and so every other day she has friends over, who play loud music and create lots of noise. This is a disturbance for me as I would like to concentrate on my studies. Moreover, most of her friends have sleepovers after such parties. It is extremely uncomfortable and congesting when people are lying around all over the room.
I would appreciate to be shifted to a single accommodation at the earliest possible. I have a very important exam fast approaching and such hurdles could cost me a seat in the college which I want to apply. Please be assured that I am willing to pay the difference in fees immediately.
Kindly let me know when I can avail a different room as per my requirements.
Thanking you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Malita Dsouza
