You noticed a room at your company office that can be used as a relaxation room. Write a letter to your manager and ask to use it for this purpose.
In your letter,
• Explain why you suggest this.
• Which room is it?
• What changes will need to be done there?
Dear Mr. Hieu,
My name is Truong Nguyen, who is working under your supervision. I have noticed that a particular room nearby the exit door is currently not in use. Therefore, I am writing this letter regarding my suggestion to turn the room into a relaxation division for the staffs.
Allow me to explain my idea. Lately, I have read an article on a science magazine that indicates 60 percent of employees are satisfied with relaxation rooms in their offices. Therefore, I think the staffs who are under your management will be much happier if you establish this room.
For the decoration, I suggest the tables and sofas should be neatly relocated to the walls which will make the center area more spacious if people want to sit or lie on the floor. Also, adding some beanbags would be nice for the relaxation. These are a few changes from my opinion, you can make a survey to ask for more interesting ideas from the others later.
I hope you will consider my suggestion.
Yours faithfully,
Truong Nguyen
