Dear Sir or Madam,
I attended a market share meeting at your office conference on the 29th December 2011. Unfortunately, missed some confidential documents at the office.
The important papers were left at the reception desk, while I was busy inquiring about the return cab to the airport, as I was already running late to catch the flight.
The file folder consists of company confidential private notes, which is sealed and difficult to access and also has the office logo on it. However, there is another meeting scheduled in the coming month on 30th January 2012, I will need them to present to my personal manages with the minutes in a couple of days. Hence, I will need them back at the earliest.
On saying that, I request you to please pick them up from your staff at the reception and courier it to me, using a reliable postal service. I am thankful for your timely help. Looking forward to receive the documents and will meet you at my next visit.
Yours faithfully,
Lok
