You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
In your letter,
say where you think you left the papers
explain why they are so important
tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir,
Hope this letter finds you in best health. I had attended a meeting at your hotel on 10th of this month which was held in main conference hall of your hotel. It was great, however, I have realized that I had left few parpers at hotel which are of great importance.
As far as I can remember, I had placed them at the main conference table and then we left for tea at the end of session. After the tea, I didn't go back to pick those and left the hotel. So, I believe your staff may have found that on the table.
Actually, these documents contain business case studies of our upcoming project. Secondly, and most importantly, some project related approvals from competent authorities are also in those papers. So, it is of utmost importance for me and our company to get those documents back safely.
I would request you to keep those docuements within hotel as I do not want them to be send via courier. I have a busy schedule tomorrow, so I will visit your hotel on Thursday i.e. day after tomorrow. I will contact hotel reception upon arrival, kindly inform the reception about these papers so that I can collect the documents.
I shall be grateful to you
Sincerely,
Bilal
