Dear Sir,
I am writing you here to draw your attention on my stay at your hotel last weekend, Jan 25th-26th. I was in a rush while I was checking off at the reception because of the last-minute changes on the flight schedule. As a result, I think I have left one important document on the desk during the time I was paying rest of the booking fees.
I have realized I have lost the envelope when I was in the airport. So I did not have any chance to comeback. this paper is very sensitive as it is the main copy of the car insurance I have bought at the beginning of this month. I cannot get any replacement of this paper as I have done the purchase from a different country and I am still waiting for the sea shipment to arrive. I will need this original copy to arrange the customs declaration as soon as possible. Therefore, I sincerely request you to look for the document in front desk area, as well as in the business suit I was living. The room number of the suit I was staying is 120, secound last from grand dining hall. please note that the envelope is in dark brown color and my name is written on the right corner.
please consider to place a mail to my address if you find the document.
Thanking you,
Shahla
