Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you this letter to let you know that the blender i bought from your shop last Wednesday, which was on the 25th of July is not working.
Firstly, the blender have a faulty power cord, as a result of this the blender refused to turn on when it is plugged into the electric socket. Secondly, the handle and jar were broken. Hence, there is no way i can definitely use it because it is unusable due to the fact that there is no way blend with a cracked jar. Finally, the main switch is button has worn out, making it stiff and unresponsive to touch.
Let me explain my situation in more details about what happened when i called the shop. The secretary answered the phone and asked me about the make of the blender and its current situation, after i gladly provided her with all the necessary information. She then told me that although the blender have a warranty, it can take up to three month before they can actually replace it for me. She also advice me to send the blender back to the shop, so that they can send it back to the manufacturer but in the mean time i will have to make do without a blender in my kitchen for up to three months. I can categorically tell you how disappointed i was after the conversation.
Would you kindly send me another blender or still can i have a refund if it is impossible to have another one from you before next week. As i almost certainly do use the blender everyday.
Thanks for your considerations.
Yours Faithfully
Romeo Winchester
