Dear Dave,
I am writing to complain about the water leakage in kitchen washing area which has occurred many times after repairing it again and again.
The leakage started last week when my maid was cleaning the kitchen wash area and mistakenly she broke the pipe beneath wash basin. I am not sure though how she can break it as the pipe is hard enough to bear any stress.
Initially, the leakage was only a few drops but now the intensity of the flow of water leaking has increased. As a result, wetting the floor and slippery. Moreover, the leaked water get stored the corner beneath the platform, consequently, it starts stinking until stored water is removed manually. I also called a plumber to have this problem resolved but it did not work out as plumber suggested a new pipe instead of fixing the old pipe.
It would be very helpful if you could send a plumber who is more experienced in this field. However, if that is not possible then could you please allow me to buy a new pipe so that this problem can be fixed permanently.Also, I request you to compensate the cost of it from next month's rent.
