You recently had your computer fixed at a local computer store. However, you are not pleased with the service you received.
Wrote a letter to store manager. In the letter:
-describe the situation.
- explain why you are dissatisfied.
- say what you want manager to do.
Respected sir, I had my personal computer fixed from your store because this is the best, or so I have heard. I wanted to bring this to your notice that I am not satisfied with the services that I got.
First of all, I wanted my computer to be upgraded in terms of RAM and graphic card. Secondly, I wanted "Windows 8.1" which is a professional version of Windows 8. I also added that I wanted internal cleaning of CPU and to be careful with that, because, obviously electronic circuits are delicate.
My prime concern was with respect to RAM and the graphic card which was still the same as before. RAM, however, was changed according to my demand. The operating system I got was windows 8 - home basic, which is of no use to me at all.
I request the store manager to look into my situation and make some ammendments because the basic necessity was to upgrade my system for more computational power but what I got was, still an obsolete system.
Yours faithful
Johnson.
