You recently had your computer fixed at a local computer store, however, you are not pleased with the service you received.
Write a letter to the store manager. In the letter:
describe the situation
explain why you are dissatisfied
say what you want the manager to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction for the services provided at your Jumeirah store.
A few days ago, my computer had crashed due to a virus which was transmitted through my friends USB. However, I immediately visited your store to make sure the data is not lost and prompt action is taken to secure the computer from getting malicious.
Unfortunately, when I visited your store the customer service professional was not available and upon my request they had assigned me to another account manager. But he was obnoxious and also did not have thorough knowledge about the product. As a consequence, my computer data has been lost permanently which consisted some official documents and highly important files of my financials.
This is frustrating as well as a daunting experience. I will appreciate if you could closely look into the matter and take stern action against such incapable employees. Also, I will expect a full refund as the service was not upto the mark and I had to face many problems due to it.
I look forward to seeing your positive response.
Regards,
Jessica Ayri
