You recently moved to a new address. You want to tell a friend who lives in another city about your new home. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
Explain why you moved
Describe your new home
Invite your friend to visit you
Dear Sue,
I hope you’re doing fine these days. I am writing to let you know about my new home. As you know, I lived in a small flat in a highrise building near my work office. But this wasn’t convenient for me anymore because my company moved to another area, which was thirty minutes driving from my older living place. So, I decided to move to another site.
My new home is located in one of the cozy streets of the city. In contrast with the previous one, which did not have enough light, this has full-screen glasses. So I don’t have to pay a high power bill. Also, as you know, I am keen on gardening, and my new home has a small courtyard, which I decorated with my favorite plants and flowers. I'm not telling you anymore because you have to come by and see that in person.
I want to hold a party for my birthday next month and would love it if you could come. My place is specious enough for both of us. We can have a good time together.
I look forward to catching up with you soon.
