Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is ABC, and I am working with Softenic India Pvt Ltd as HR Manager. I would like to thank you on behalf of our company for your great support for hosting the All-day-meet at your hotel "Lemon Tree" which took place last week on September 23rd. For the last four years we are conducting all our corporate meetings at your hotel because it has gained a great reputation in the hotel industry for its service, food and the ambience. Unfortunately, this time our participants did not like the food, as it was expected.
I must mention they pretty much liked everything about the hotel, including its hygiene and cleanliness, great customer service and also the conference room, where the event was conducted. We also liked the arrangements in terms of the Wi-Fi connectivity, and the high-tech equipments.
However, when it came to food that we were served, it was not tasting fresh. Some of our participants mentioned that the cottage cheese dish was overcooked. Besides, the starters when served tasted cold, seems they were not prepared fresh, just microwaved. Anyway, I just want to inform you that kindly have a food check done before any event is planned. You can also inform the chefs to check this while serving food to our customers.
I am hoping that in the next event the food quality will be improved.
