Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to make you appraise about the feedback received from the members of recent meeting conducted at your hotel .Satisfaction level of the members was not up to the mark,This was not first meeting held at your hotel.We regularly conduct meetings at your hotel.
As discussed above,Members were very pleased at the welcome note and was expecting same type of service. Although the quality of the food was good but the quantity served was very less.Even more, service was very slow .Meeting was about to finish but snacks were not ready till he time. So this happened first time that ,this type of feed back is received from the team members.
In the above context, i must say that you have to work upon the same because you have corporate contract with our company. Otherwise there will be cancellation of contract. Moreover i will give my opinion that you should rather appoint expert and experienced employee on the service . So this area to be acted upon immediately to avoid any further escalation.
