You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

I am sorry to write this letter for you to show my difficulty at that time.
Recently,i have come to sunny hotel to live because i knew that your hotel is the most famous hotel in the city. I expected that your hotel would give me some good services. However, i really felt disappointed about the lack of cooling system. As you know, recently, it become hotter and hotter with the temperature over 37*C. I extremely felt hot so i could not do anything when i was in hotel. In addition to, i could not sleep all night because of hot weather. Therefore, in the next day morning, i often felt tired and could not concentrate on working. Sometimes, i had to go to the shopping center or coffee shop to work. it was inconvenient for me to adapt to this weather without nothing can make me cooler.
Therefore,i write this letter for you to show my difficulty and hope that your hotel will install the cooling system in following time.
