You recently travelled on the local bus service in your town. You think the driver drove badly and was rude to the passengers. Write a letter to the manager of the local bus service. In your letter
introduce yourself and say when the incident happened
describe what you saw and heard
say what you would like the bus company to do about it
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is John Billy and I am a software engineer by profession. I live in Gurgaon and I usually travel to work by City bus service which is managed by your team. Yesterday, when I was returning from the office, I noticed that one of your bus driver used inappropriate language while talking to a passenger, who was a female senior citizen.
At first, when I heard that the woman was complaining about rough driving to driver and conductor, as driver was not driving the bus smoothly. The bus driver was angry with old lady, and suddenly he started shouting at her, which was opposed by fellow travelers. Moreover, they warned him to call the police and report this issue to your department, subsequently, he also used inappropriate words while talking to other people, who warned him.
As being a good human, I would like to report this issue further and I want authorities to take a strict action against him, so that, this kind of incidents would not happen again. I have a video clip of the entire incident which could be used as evidence. Finally, I want that an apology letter should be sent by your department to victim of this serious incident, who is very disappointed with this kind of behavior, which is not acceptable.
I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
John
