I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my disappointment in regards to my delayed return flight, flight 93JB to the US for 24hours. I am Udochukwu Cynthia Festus with ticket number 63427NM.
This delay has caused me a lot of inconveniences, both financial and mental. Financial in the sense that I have to pay for an extra sum for accommodation, feeding and transportation as this is a new development. However, I am distressed by this information as there was no prior notification to this delay as this would have given me ample time to reschedule my connecting from the US to Lagos, Nigeria. Now, I have to deal with the mental stress, in trying to get across to the other airline to reschedule my flight so I do not miss it.
In conclusion, I kindly request that you use your office to tender a letter of apology to me, for this stress and also due compensation for all the inconveniences this delay might have caused me.
