Dear Michael,
I am writing this letter to convey my concerns regarding overbilling during my recent visit to your superstore.
Let me explain to you in more detail. I went to your store to buy a couple of vegetables as we were having the plan to prepare veg cuisine to invite the Asian family for dinner over the weekend. Due to this, I did purchase mix vegetables from your store including carrot, potato, and capsicum, and paid $ 150 per the receipt. Nevertheless, as soon as I reached home, and handover the plastic bag to my wife when she noticed while looking at the billing receipt that I have been overcharged for items that I didn’t buy such as milk and yogurt. I got very annoyed when I look at my bill because I have been buying glossary items since I moved near to your store, and now I doubt whether I was overbilled all the time. I am going to attach a copy of the receipt along with the letter to figure out the reason why I was charged for the items which I didn’t buy. Besides, I would like you please give your approval to the cashier to pay back the extra amount to me in my next visit to your superstore.
