Let me explain my situation in detail, Sunday I attend my sister's wedding anniversary and by mistake, I carried my ID card in my pocket and lost there somewhere. Yesterday I went to the library to borrow some books for my research but without a library card, the librarian did not issue me a single book but that books are very important for my research. Moreover, the Final exam is coming next month and without ID I can not sit in the exams and I will lose one year.
Would you please kindly issue a new identification card. Herewith, I send my passport size photo or my last fees receipt. Please let me know if you require any further information.
