You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You have lost your student identification card. This has created some problems for you.
Write a letter to the director of student services. In your letter
advise them of your situation
explain how this is affecting you
request a new card
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir,
Good afternoon.
I am writing to you to inform you that, I lost my student ID card last month while traveling by bus. I do not remember where I dropped it, but now I am facing some problems without it.
As you know, students can not borrow books from our college library, but I need to research some assignments from the library book, and without it, I can not take them home. Being a student I also work as a part-timer, so I can not stay at the library all the time. Moreover, I can not get a discount on my student monthly pass in my pesto without showing it. Most importantly, exams are coming near so i need my student identification card to fulfill all the procedures of the exam form.
I have already requested a new ID online but the waiting time is very long. I humbly request you from this email, to issue my new id card as soon as possible, so i can focus on my assignment to achieve good grade.
Have a nice day.
Thank you
With warm regards,
Asmita Acharya
