Dear Mrs. Nga,
I am deeply sorry for what happened in the last weekend bordered you and your family a lot.
As you know, my house which has been built for over 20 years shows the signs of leaky roof and walls. After the pouring rains, my kitchen and bathroom floor were entirely covered with water to the ankle. Therefore, I hired a group of professional constructors to repair and rebuild the affected areas. But the noise of breaking walls is too loud to contain altogether. Besides that, the debris from the broken concretes and dust scattered around my house as well as the others' ones, including yours. I work outside and only come back home in the late afternoon. So it is my fault for this ignorance of inconvenience. Honestly, I appreciate your feedback that I can manage and improve the quality of the building.
This reparation can take one month to be completed. I know it is such a long time, but I assure you that I put the environment first and pollution has been eliminated soon.
