You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give contact details for where you are away
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear Sam,
It`s been so long since we last met. I hope you and your family are all well! I`m writing in regard to our agreement for looking after my home and dog during my vacation.
You know that this year was very stressful, and I have been through a lot of tasks at work. When I decided to go for long vacation abroad, I could not have better choice than you to take care of my dog and home. I decided this vacation to travel out of the country. To be exact, I will be staying at my brother house in Milano, Italy. They have a wonderful weather during summer, in addition to fascinating landscape.
The important task for you during my leave is my dog. It needs a special kind of food where I stored at the kitchen on the shelf. Enough pet`s food is available to cover the whole duration while I am abroad. I recommend also that you take it for a walk twice a week to maintain its mode.
You know that I have a small swimming pool in the garden. I would therefore request that you monitor the water daily, and that you ensure the smooth re-circulation of the water to avoid any bacteria occurrence.
Warm regards,
Ayoub
