You traveled by plane last week and your suitcase was lost. You have still heard nothing from the airline company. Write to the airline and explain what happened. Describe you suitcase and tell them what was in it. Find out what they are going to do about it
Dear Sirs,
I took a flight from Karachi to Islamabad on 1st May, 2018. When I board the plane, there was few minutes left for aircraft to take off. There was bit of a chaos and passengers were asked to find there seats and be seated as soon as possible. On of the flight attendant asked me to hand over my hand carry suit case to him to keep it safely and in the meantime I must be seated. After the flight was landed, I was told by the aircraft crew that I'll get my suit case along with my rest of luggage from the luggage collection lounge. But I couldn't find it there either. I explained this to your luggage officer but haven't heard from him as of now.
It's been missing for last one week. My suit case was red American Tourist, whose size was 18 by 30 inches. There is an airline tag attached on one side with my name and flight number written on it
There are few important work related documents in that suitcase which I need for the conference on 18th May, 2018.
I would deeply appreciate if you could give me promt reply at your earliest convenience. My flight number, luggage claim number and address are given below.
Flight No: PK-708
Luggage Claim No: 248
Address: House# 204, Block-10, Nazimabad, Karachi.
Yours faithfully,
Nusrah Naeem
