Dear Sir,
I am writing you to inquire about the suitcase which i have lost on 22nd January in the A9456 Delhi flight. Actually, when the flight has arrived in Manglore airport my suitcase did not come out and came to know that it's stolen from your airport staff in baggage claim area.
The bag is new and medium sized with its brand name ' JJ ' written on the top center. The handle itself has a golden case and it is number locked. There is only few accessories,a brand new packed mobile phone and some documents. Actually the documents are very important,related to my Job. I got a good support from your information center but no further contact from your officials. Actually, i am disappointment because i do not get any details regarding this.
So, i need to know the current status of my complaint and wish to hear the updates. Here i mentioned my contact details to keep in touch with. Please make the necessary as soon as possible.
