Dear Sir,
I am writing you to inquire about the suitcase which i have lost on 22nd January in the A9456 Delhi flight. Actually, when the flight has arrived in Manglore airport my suitcase did not come out. Instantly, i complained at the office and emailed the details.
The bag is new and medium sized with its brand name ' JJ ' written on the top center. The handle itself has a golden case and it is number locked. There is only few accessories,a brand new packed mobile phone and some documents. Actually the documents are very important,related to my Job. I got a good support from your information center but no further contact from your officials. Actually, i am disappointment because i do not get any details regarding this.
So, i need to know the current status of my complaint and wish to hear the updates. Here i mentioned my contact details to keep in touch with. Please make the necessary as soon as possible.
