You do not need to write any addresses.
Hello Johan,
I am writing this letter to inform you that our best friend Scote is coming back home from the Canada. He recently has graduated from Concordia University with distinction grades. Although he talk to us and his family member on daily basis over phone, he will be here after 4 year, so it would be better if we setup some arrival party for him.
I have some ideas related to party in my mind. His home will be the best place to conduct this party on the same day of his arrival in home. Firstly, we ask to permission from this family members to setup the party his home. To make the party unforgettable, we need to buy some specific party related items such as ballons which stay at air, some fancy light that create specific effects, decoration stuffs and food.
For all this, we need to meet at my home and then we go to Scote home to ask this family. Before to go his home, we have to discuss about all party setup and if you have some other suggestion then will be talk at that meeting.
I hope, we will make it best party ever for him.
Your faithful
Jamail Zia
