Dear Sir,
I am writing this to complaint about the printer which purchased last year from your shop. It seems that there is some problem in core part of printer.
Yesterday I was preparing presentation of my project and took the print but suddenly the page jammed in the printer. Later on, I opened the tray and removed the paper. the drum of printer was fully damaged in pieces, it was surprised for me that within a year how could it be damaged! the build quality of printer could not considerably good & genuine. This issue of printer has been continuously facing from last couple of weeks.
It could not possible to take the print of my presentation which must be submitted to company by this week. Due to this problem, even I cannot take print of my important documents & drawings.
On last year, I have purchased this printer. The brand name and model number of the printer is HP & 01XTX respectively. It has two years of comprehensive warranty.
Hence, I would like to request you to replace this with new printer as it is still under warranty period. It would be so grateful for me if you could consider my urgency of presentation submittal and replace this at earliest. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
