Dear Sir,
I have been residing at Harni Vadodara from last ten years. I am writing this to complaint about the garbage collection system in our area. It seems that the system nowadays does not work properly.
Firstly, the garbage collection van does not come on time from last couple of weeks, earlier it came regularly in the morning. But presently, it comes in the afternoon so that everyone gets disturbed while it knocks out the door for collection of garbage. Due to the late collection, the bin gets full with garbage/rubbish. Secondly, the collection machine which lift the bins from road and deposit all the garbage in to van, by the time I have noticed that the garbage get leaked from bin and it spread over the entire road. Due to this, the bad odour gets spread and affects the surrounding environment. It leads to invite the disease and health problems.
Looking to above, I suggest first the collection van should come regularly in the morning to collect the garbage. Further, the machine for collecting garbage should be checked by mechanic and rectified it at earliest to avoid leakage problem of garbage.
I would appreciate your efforts if you could resolve this issue as earliest as possible. So that everyone can live peacefully in healthy environment.
