Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my annoyance with the garbage collection system in the 5th area. The rubbish has not orderly been collecting for a week and this situation causes too many problems in our area.
The garbage truck has not been coming daily to the street for two weeks, sometimes it could visit here every other day. The containers, which are located near the children's park, smell hardly stench and have too many insects around them. This causes serious environmental and, visual pollution, also health problems. That is why we cannot leave our children to the playground because the houseflies can be very dangerous for them.
It might be very useful if you can increase the service capacity and working hours. our suggestion is that you could send the rubbish truck two times per day this would be the solution to all problems.
