Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with my printer. As an architect I use many times my printer to print my project which are drawn by applications. Everyday I need to print them to work on them by hand and I should show them to my client to change them according their idea. Due to that if my printer does not work well, it can disturb my timing plan, and I will get unpunctual person in the attitude of my customers. If I want to explain the problem of my printer, I should say that not only can not it pull the paper from its paper box and do I usually do this activity manually, but also the quality of the printing process is very low.
Recently, one months ago I changed all the cartridge and replaced them with new original, but the quality of prints paper did not change. Due to this problem I have to go to the printing store which is located far from my home and every time I really waste my time for this activity. In some days I have to print my document twice a time therefore I can not complete my duty on time. Now I wondered to know that whether you could help me to fix the problem or not. If it is possible please give me guidance how I can do this, or I have to send you my printer. I should mention that, it is very important for me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
