Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing well,
I am writing to ask a favour regarding the industrial designing seminar which is going to be held on the next April in Los Angles. As this seminar is completely in line with my expertise and experience, I am interested in attending the seminar and some of the workshops that will be held.
Let me explain my situation. As an Iranian, for traveling to the US, I need to apply for a travel Visa in advance which might take a long time to proceed. In order to fill out a Visa application request, I must know the specific date in this respect. Besides, I should request a leave of absence for the seminar period from my workplace prior to the event. Moreover, I am eager to register for participating in some workshops as well. In this matter, I checked out the seminar's official website for my required information, but I couldn't find the detailed schedule of the program.
Could you please supply me with some detailed information so that I would be able to arrange everything for participating in the seminar? I would also appreciate it if you provide some information about accommodation and the costs of attending, accommodation, food, etc for one person.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon,
Yours Faithfully,
Masoud
