Dear Madam,

my name is joe Johns, parent of Joel from class five.I got an information from my child that his school is taking them for a three days trip to the neighbouring country and selected guardians can go with them in the tour.

it is highly privileged for me to become the part of the excursion and join the students as a mentor and caretaker.Since I am on my vacation, I will be able to take total responsibility of the journey and my experience as a travel guide will be an added advantage to serve you better. The exploring nation is well-known for me and i have visited multiple times as a travel agent. Hence, the knowledge about the various places will help us to arrange the hotels, scientific exhibitions, student activities and lot more. I will be preparing the itinerary for the exploration which makes the travel more possible and enjoyable.

Furthermore, I would like to have few queries about the travel insurance and medical insurance for the students. If it is not arranged we have clients who are experts is making all the possible arrangements.

Happy to connect with the children,

Thanking you ,

joe
