Your child’s school has arranged a trip abroad for students. The principal of the school asked some parents to join the trip to help. Write to the school principle and say
– Why do you want to join the trip?
– How could you help during the trip?
– Ask some questions about the trip.
Dear sir,
My son Jacob Hill, who is in 1st grade mentioned to me yesterday that a travel trip to another country has been organized by the school for students in which their parents can also show interest to join with them. Without having a second thought, I compelled myself to write to you to consider myself to come along with the students on this trip.
I would like to explain that as this travel plan includes visiting different historical places of 'London', I am quite anxious to watch the 'Roman architect' of buildings along with some tourist places. Moreover, during this visit I would also get a chance to see museums possessing objects related to art and culture from different parts of the world.
I would like to acknowledge that as I have volunteered several times in summer camps for children arranged in many parts of our country with 'Helps Welfare Society', I acquire some relevant experience to arrange everything for children on such kind of events. I believe that, my presence on this tour could be very fruitful for all the students.
It would be great if you could answer some of my question regarding this abroad travel. Firstly, the length of the tour and living arrangements made for accommodating everyone. Secondly, I would like to learn about the expenses incurred for each person on this vacation so that i can arrange finances accordingly. Finally, the list of places planned to be visited and requirement of any special clothing suitable for the climate of the country. I hope it will not cause any inconvenience to you.
I will look forward for your prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Hill
