Dear David,

You wrote a complain to me regarding the noise coming from my house. I'd like to tell you reasons behind it. Firstly, there is heavy machinery work going on in house and secondly, my kids make some noise while playing cricket and listening music loudly.

I'd like to apologise to you from the core of my heart. Unfortunatly, I spend most of time in office, so I couldn't stop it. I shouldn't give you this opportunity to complain. I am deeply saying sorry for the inconvenience occured and please accept my apology.

Here are some of actions which I'll take to stop this. I'd be happy to say that my house work is almost done, so that won't have an issue at all. Regarding kids, I'll let my wife know the situation and she'll take care of it.
