Dear Annie,
Thank you for the letter stating your concerns on the noise from my houseflat. I really regret on the inconvinience I have made during the week due to high noise from my house.
I would like to make your attention on the reason behind the loud noise inside my house over the past few days. There was a water leak in my bathroom tap for a two months of time, eventhough I have informed my landloard to fix it for several times. However, he has sent a workman last Monday to fix it. Therefore, the workman informed me on the necessity of removing the wall tiles of the bathroom to find the place of the water leak. That process gave an irritating sound which might have disturbed all the neighbourhood and made them to make complains on me to the local authorities as well.
In order to mitigate the noise I have asked them to use another type ofequipment and also requested to complete the work by this Friday. Besides that, I have asked them to continue their work during the day time where most of the people are out of their residences.
Once again, I apologize for all the inconveniences I made, and I will promise you to solve this problem by end of this week.
Best Regads,
Charani
