Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
Explain the problem
Suggest a solution
Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle in regards to highlight the problems caused by the unavailability of parking space in our office building and would offer a valuable solution to resolve this issue. Let me explain in detail.
As you are aware most of the employees commute to office by their own conveyance which they park along the roadside which creates a massive traffic jam. Additionally, as the vehicles are parked outside many valuable items like laptops, DVD players have been stolen in the past. Despite our requests to the security team at the main gate to keep a watch over the vehicles, such incidents are happening on a regular basis.
Hence I would request you to arrange to park in the open space available at the backyard of the office with 24 hours security as it will not only ensure safety for the vehicles but also protect the valuable items kept inside the vehicle. Additionally, such a move would be beneficial for all the employees as it will provide them peace of mind consequently it will increase employee efficiency at work.
I hope my suggestion will be accepted.
Yours sincerely
Ben
