A country should spend money on skills training or vocational training for practical work rather than on university education To what extent do you agree or disagree

In my opinion , I disagree with this statement because firstly in country have many people, some people want to study university becaus they are want improve their knowledge and can experience their major that they choose, and they can be a professor in these major. some people do not like to be a professor for acedemic, they want to be a skill for their life, they want to learn the skill and practice it fluency to they can work immediately when they are graduated. Beside that, the govement also have many level for study to student can choose the subject and level situation with them. In short, education is a main major need to care and develop in each country.
