It is neither possible nor useful for a country to provide university places for a high proportion of young people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is often discussed that the possibility of hiring young generation to the university placement. Many people believe that, forthcoming youth would have the capability to manage such a higher standard of authority in proper way. However, the advancement of technology and trend would be managed by middle aged people rather than the elder. Likewise, the experienced old age people could lead the association in spectacular way. So, I agree to recruit young generation to such adore position without changing the elders unless retire by the help of valid exams and interviews.
Firstly, marking and the targeting score would be play an important role in placement. Rather considering the scheduled system, government must include the knowledge and ability to overcome any stressful situation as in charge. By the virtue of that, scholars can accumulate proper position and they can lead to higher achievements with their ability and versatile nature of youthfulness like an example of the Canadian parliament is filled with mostly young members with vivid acknowledgement. Moreover, authority to avoid giving placement by the support of politicians, or other higher rank persons, instead of that, conduct strict written and oral test to become a university member. For example, allotment list to be published in India as rank holder to be placed as a result of marks and performance.

Every students or academic holders life style and attitude towards the society is determined by the guidance of such educational institutions. For instance, the well arrangements of syllabus and including the appropriate themes to be teach would make an enhancement of academic level with youngsters. Furthermore, new generation can understand the feelings of their overcoming people than old age staffs. Set up guidelines and way of teaching of youth members would have flourish the attendance of classes in some extent.
In conclusion, it if often applicable in any university to accommodate youth members to cherish and develop the system. But it would be processed by strict curriculum and corruption free management, if it is pass the target which would have a tremendous changes in the field of educational boards.
