People say that a country will only benefit greatly if its students study abroad To what extent do you agree or disagree

Studying abroad is increasing nowadays, especially for students in developing countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia. Interestingly, some people believe that sending students to study abroad is the only way to help a country greatly benefit; however, I strongly disagree with that idea.
Normally, the government or prestigious universities often sponsors scholarships for excellent students to study in developed countries, which helps students learn in more professional places. Therefore, their academic foundation and competing personal skills are maximized. However, because of some benefits, students often choose to settle down overseas after finishing their studies to work with higher wages or get more job opportunities than in their homelands. Furthermore, the risk of brain drain appeared, the country may not get any benefits and lack the human resources with high levels of knowledge. In other words, when talented graduates study for doctorates, professors in other countries and settle there, their country will lose highly knowledgeable lecturers.
Secondly, developing countries are in world integration, so training and facilities are also expanded and upgraded. Universities have been improved to bring the best quality to students while studying, and after graduation, employment opportunities are much more comprehensive than before. Plus, learning in the home country helps students, teachers, and the government efficiently manage, assess quality, find gaps in education to come up with remedial measures, and develop the country more.
In conclusion, studying abroad is a great way to improve qualifications and benefit a country, but it is not the only way. The government can improve the country's education more to give more plentiful opportunities for students to study and work in their country instead of choosing abroad to study.
