The second key point is state that the staff have been happy to perform in the company on the other hand, the staff are satisfied from the working conditions of the company. If the staff satisfied they do work efficiently and increased the production of the company. It is also possible when the company motivated to all staff and also give equality to all employees of company. Not any type of partiality in the staff members. As a result the company do there best in production n. The best suitable solution is here to give rewards, incentive, and other benefits to the staff members of the company for increasing their production effectively.
In conclusion there are varity of different factors that have led to make this problem worse, while it not may be possible to find a complete solution of this could probably be solved by the understanding of both the staff as well as company.
