Some believe that people are naturally born leaders while others feel that leadership skills can develop. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Some people credit that humans are naturally built-in learders while others feel that administration skills can advance. This essay will examine both sides of the argument before a reasoned conclusion is drawn.
Admittedly, there are some arguments in favor of naturally born learders. First, naturally built-in learders are gift of God given for them. So they are suitable for leardership. This leardership suppor, presumably, tends not only make them masters a certain skill but also they will naturally stand out in that are a while others struggle to reach the same position. Second, naturally born learders would probably result in a greater supply of highly qualified workers, which benefits society in the long run. In fact, it is acknowledged that skilled and imperative to knowledgeable human learders is to foster economic growth and technological development in any nations.
Nevertheless, leardership skills can also be practiced by yourself. First, leardership is skills rally can learning through coaching, awareness, practice and experience over time. Good learders always know how to research and seize development opportunities to help them lear more skills. Second, whoever can learning basic about leardership because you just have to try you will be successful. To be a learders in a structured environment, you need training. Most people can learn to manage, start a business, or lead a project thank to the concept of rules-based management-rules that can be learned and mastered. It, would be far more leardership viable option if a certain individual is willing to rise above a crowd that is called leardership.
I were discussed both view. In my opinion, if you have born leardership skills is very good but it only really grows when you try.
