Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their was

In modern days, one of the controversial changes is related to whether garbage from residence recovered is not enough. Some people often say that governments need to intervene in recycling waste by laws requiring. In this essay, I will consider how the garbage affects to environment and then secondly about that declaring a legal requirement associated with a waste need or don't need.
On one side of the argument, there are people who claim that garbage is destroying environments day by day because waste created by human being contains many chemical elements. The primary reason for believing this is that plastic materials or glass bottles that everyone uses dissolve to the soil for a long time. It is also possible to argue that to solve this situation, many types of recycling machines and equipment are being used throughout the world. One important illustration of this is in Germany the supermarkets encourage people by buying plastic or a glass bottle which they afterward could easily put in special recycling machine and hereby get some money from this equipment just only for recycling bottles.
On the other hand, it is argued that in fact last years lot of such issues as air pollution and warming for nature has emerged despite some technical supports. Cause of that, some local counsels declared laws that required that humans must regard safe mode of environment. A particularly good example is that it has a positive effect that in China people who discarded waste in the pubic area is abandoned by monetary fines.
Generally, as we have seen, it is evident that lawful rules need to accelerate recycling waste. I tend to undoubtedly believe that helps of government is fundamental for recovering garbage.
