There is an opinion that the government must fund music, dance and art classes for children. Others consider it is responsibility of children’s parents and charity organisations. I, personally, support the first opinion, and in this essay I will explain the reason why.
Needless to say that neither art nor dance classes are compulsory. People can exist without them, like without numerous other things. But what would the quality of our life be without them?
